For Those Who Support Others

Thoughtful, practical support when the home environment has become part of the challenge.

Support can come from many places. You may be a psychologist, psychiatrist, grief counsellor or another professional supporting someone through a difficult season. Or you may simply be a family member or friend who can see that someone you care about is struggling with their home.

Supporting the person and the place they call home.

You may be supporting someone through grief, caregiving, a major life transition or persistent overwhelm. Yet they may return each day to a home that is adding to the pressure.

ZING provides confidential, compassionate and completely non-judgmental support within the home. I work alongside each person to create surroundings that feel calmer, safer and easier to manage, at a pace that respects their needs and readiness. While you continue to support them in your own way, ZING can provide the hands-on help needed to make positive changes at home.

When a little help at home can make a difference

Life transitions

Moving, downsizing, retirement, separation, bereavement or a change in health can make the home difficult to manage.

Ongoing overwhelm

Clutter, unfinished decisions and disorganized spaces may be adding to a someone's stress or affecting daily routines.

Care and safety concerns

Someone you care about may need help creating a calmer, safer and more manageable living environment.

Working alongside those who support others

Supporting clients at home, with privacy and dignity.

Those supporting clients may sometimes recognise that a client’s home environment is contributing to stress, overwhelm or difficulty managing everyday life. However, connecting someone with ZING should never require you to disclose confidential clinical or personal information.

With the client’s knowledge and consent, you may simply introduce ZING as an independent source of practical, non-judgmental support. The client can then contact me directly and decide what they wish to share.

ZING does not provide counselling, psychological treatment or clinical care. My role is to offer respectful, hands-on help within the home, while honoring the client’s privacy, choices and pace.

A discreet extension of support

Roles and boundaries remain clear. No diagnosis, case history or details of treatment are required. The client remains in control of the conversation and the support they receive.

Would you like to help someone take the next step?

If you know someone who may benefit from practical support at home, I’d be happy to have a confidential, no-obligation conversation with you.
